Is PROSCORE free?
Yes — the core is free for families: schedule, practice feedback, stats, and the evaluations your academy shares. Some extras are paid, but seeing your child's season isn't.
Do I need to download an app?
No. When your coach or academy invites you, you open a link and create a free account.
Which sports does PROSCORE support?
Basketball is fully supported today with complete stat tracking, and more sports are on the way. Schedule, practices, and evaluations work for any team your academy runs.
Can I see what happens at practice?
Yes — when your coach shares practice feedback, you see the ratings and comments for your own child.
Who can see my child's information?
You do, and you control it. Discoverability is off by default, and your child is never required to appear on social media.
How does PROSCORE know the stats are accurate?
They're logged by your child's coach or academy inside PROSCORE — not counted from the stands.
Which basketball stats does PROSCORE track?
The full box score: points, rebounds including offensive rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, minutes played and shooting splits, with efficiency figures such as effective field goal percentage and assist-to-turnover ratio derived from them.
Do stats carry across a season?
Yes. Game-by-game stats stay attached to the athlete's profile for the whole season, so the record does not reset when the team changes tournaments or brackets.
What do coach evaluations include?
Skill and attribute scores, report cards and written comments from the coaches working with your child, shared with the parents of that child.
Does the schedule sync to my calendar?
Yes. Games, practices and tryouts sync per child to Google and Microsoft calendars, so a schedule change doesn't live only in a group text.
Can I watch games live on PROSCORE?
Public live game broadcast is on the roadmap, not a feature we claim today. What's live now is the schedule, practice feedback, coach evaluations and basketball stats.
How are highlights handled?
Highlight saving is manual today — you export the moments worth keeping. Automatic clipping is on the roadmap.
Does PROSCORE work for AAU and club basketball teams?
Yes. Club, AAU, school and rec programs run the same way: schedules and practices for the team, coach-logged stats for basketball, and evaluations shared with each family.
Is PROSCORE safe for kids' data?
Parents control what is shared. Discoverability is off by default, a child is never required to appear on social media, and access can be changed or revoked at any time.
Can PROSCORE be used for recruiting?
Yes, in the College Prep track. Coach evaluations, verified stats and saved highlights are what college coaches want to see, and you decide if and when your child is discoverable.
